Born in the United States with Turkish heritage, Mìrel spent her childhood wandering the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, captivated by the beauty of old-world craftsmanship. Though she studied Government and Economics at Harvard and worked on Wall Street, her heart was always with jewelry. She sketches every design by hand, blending structure with sentiment, research with intuition.
